Technical Support FAQ
We get a TON of calls and texts every day for technical support regarding our Ball Joints and usually are just repeating the same answers over and over. Please check and see if your question is answered in our Tech Help Section first before calling or texting... if it still isn't answered, we are here for you! Texts are very much preferred due to the lack of reception and noise in the shop, 403-999-0592. Texts help us have a written description of what's going on, record of any conversations if we need to go back on the details and it also helps us to keep machining while we reply.

I am about to replace ball joints in my 07 Dodge 3500 4×4. I have been doing research and the best I can tell your ball joints are some of the best money can buy and i am going to purchase a set when you get them in stock. I also want to change wheel bearings and universal joints when I change the ball joints. Wondering if you guys have a recommendation for wheel bearings and universal joints? Thanks for any recommendations you have and thanks for making a great product.
